Two return options:

Return via your customer account: log in, select the items to return, and generate your return label in just a few clicks. A shipping label (at your expense, except in cases of incorrect or damaged orders) must also be included in your parcel.

Guest return: access the form with your email and order number, then follow the instructions received by email to obtain your return label.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with original tags and accessories.

Refunds are processed within 15 days after the returned items are received.
